Splashy Sea, known as Alto Sea (アルト海; romanized as Arutoumi) in Japan, is the third round from Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle. It is a large sea on planet Janbarik between the Karin Island and the continent with the Scorpion Desert.

This is a simple underwater round, and also the only underwater round in the entire game. It is pretty straightforward area, with easy to deal enemies swimming about. Halfway through is a Hatzan octopus who hides the entrance to a Janken House where the player can get a Cape.
If the player has a Pedicopter he can use it to cross the round above the water.
