Psychic Wand (サイコウォンド), also known as Cane of Flight, Hermit's Cane (仙人のつえ), and Wizard's Cane, is an item from Alex Kidd in Miracle World and Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle, a cane that grants psychokinesis to the user for a limited time. In the former it can be purchased from shops for 120 Baums, and in the latter it is obtained in Janken Houses.
When equipped, Alex Kidd will begin floating while his sprite blinks; during this time the player can move him freely in any direction in the air though he also becomes unable to attack. The effect of this item is temporary.
