Mt. Kave is the fifth level from Alex Kidd in Miracle World. It is a large cave inside of a mountain in the northern portion of Aries.

Mt. Kave is a tricky level, featuring lots of rocks blocking the path and small lava pits which kill the player. Halfway through the player can obtain a Telepathy Ball, an indispensable item for the Janken matches, though it involves falling through a narrow passage and reaching the platform after a lava pit; the player needs to either gain enough momentum before falling down or use a Psychic Wand to float to the platform. To exit the passage where the item is the player only needs to move forward to reveal the secret exit.
