Mt. Kave (ケイブ山 Keibu San, "Mt. Cave") is the fifth level from Alex Kidd in Miracle World. It is a large cave inside of a mountain in the northern portion from the map of Aries.

Mt. Kave is a tricky level, featuring lots of blocks blocking the path and small lava pits which kill the player. Halfway through the player can obtain a Telepathy Ball, an indispensable item for the Janken matches, though it involves falling through a narrow passage and reaching the platform after a lava pit. If the skull box near the path is destroyed, the passage will increase, making it easier to enter. Without using the box, the player needs to either gain enough momentum before falling down or use a Psychic Wand to float to the platform. To exit the passage where the item is the player only needs to move forward to reveal the secret exit.
