"Mr. Hoti" (ホティサマー Hotisamā) is the penultimate boss from Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars, appearing inside the Giant's Body.

"Mr. Hoti" appears as a small disembodied head followed by a group of white blood cells (floating green blobs). The small head (two heads in the arcade version) rolls back and forth along the floor, while two groups of three cells float around the exit. Unlike the identical rolling heads found during the stage, this one can't be destroyed.
