Janken House (ジャンケンハウス) is a type of establishment from Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle which is found on towns and some secret areas from Janbarik. Replacing the shops from Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Janken Houses serve as gambling places where the player faces the owner Jangorilla in janken matches after paying a fee in order to win items, the fee varying with the amount of items obtained in the current round. The fee is 50 Baums for the first item, 100 for the second, and 500 for the third onward. From the ninth round onward, the fee increases to 200 Baums for the first item, 500 for the second, and 1000 for the third onward.
